Hourly rate for computer repairs: 799 SEK/hour. Travel costs and materials are not included.

Tell me what you need, where you are based and any practical requirements. We agree on the scope and a price indication before work starts. If further work becomes necessary, I discuss it with you first.

Send the make and model, a description of the problem and any error messages or photos. Mention whether important files are stored on the device. We discuss the work and any parts costs before proceeding; repairs and data recovery cannot be promised before the problem has been assessed.
