PERSONAL & PRACTICAL
A small business with a broad practical role.
Based in Lesjöfors, Barbara and I help homeowners, holiday-home owners, buyers and small businesses with practical work. Having a reliable local contact makes it easier to get things organised, including when you are not in Sweden yourself.
I focus on repairs, installation, technical maintenance, Home Checks and practical coordination around rentals. Barbara helps maintain and care for holiday homes and takes responsibility for Värmlands Private Dining. Our work complements each other, with personal attention to both the property and the people staying there.
Our approach is to think practically, communicate clearly and agree on the work in advance. We are honest about what we can do ourselves and when an authorised specialist is needed. Through my network, I can help find the right tradespeople.

I can carry out most practical work myself. If part of the job requires specific authorisation or certification, I discuss this in advance and can involve the appropriate tradespeople through my network and coordinate the practical arrangements.
BASED IN VÄRMLAND
Useful when Sweden is home — or when it is far away.
A large part of the service is useful for people who own, rent out or are considering buying property in Sweden while living somewhere else. A local contact can visit, check, photograph, coordinate and solve the smaller issues before they become bigger ones.
We work from the Lesjöfors area and take on jobs in Värmland and, depending on the assignment, beyond.
