Send the location, a short explanation and a few photos when relevant. That is usually enough to understand the next practical step.

Tell us what needs doing.

Fill in the form below. The more practical information you can give us, the easier it is to give you a useful first response.

Enter the link to your holiday home on the booking site so we know which accommodation your enquiry comes from.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry. Read how we use your information.

Usually the quickest first step for detailed jobs, property links and Home Check requests.

START WITH THE RIGHT SUBJECT

Choose what your enquiry is about.

01Allround TechnicianRepairs, maintenance, installation and practical work. 02Home CheckSend the property listing and your main concerns. 03Vacation Home & Rental SupportProperty care, guest-ready checks and local rental support. 04Värmlands Private DiningDate, location, number of guests and the kind of evening you want.

CLEAR FROM THE START

We would rather ask one extra question than give a vague estimate.

For practical work, a few details can make a big difference to time, materials and travel. Once we understand the job, we can tell you what the next step should be and whether a visit, hourly estimate or fixed quote makes most sense.
